wanted to include them as part of the Hospital’s new
integrated Wellness Environments. The comfort, safety and
aesthetic qualities of the patient care setting are
essential components to the patient’s healing process. By
providing a positive point of focus, the calming effect of
Vara’s artwork assists patients in regaining a subtle sense
